I took me 1 week after the IronMan to get really anxious to workout again. “Moved” from Honolulu to the Turtle Bay resort on the north shore today. Had some relax time by the pool and then went for a run. 2 miles in the sand on the beach in my Five Finger Vibram shoes. That was followed by a quick session in the gym. Felt great to get the blood pumping again.
