I’ve been doing several running sessions lately of 6 miles or a bit more. Seems like my running legs are back. Haven’t been able to run that far since September last year. I’ve had a few setbacks along the way but they have just been reminders to pick up the distance slow and not rush it. I want to get to about 13 miles before I go to Sweden in August since the 1/2 IM race is basically right when I get back.
Side note, did 10 hours of training last week. That’s close to where I was at for many of the weeks when training for the full IM. However now it’s mostly just enjoyable stuff, no musts, that makes it easier for sure.
