It was my birthday not that long ago. B & R gave me a box of 48 Snickers bars since they know I like them. I used to eat them all the time during the IronMan training, especially during bike rides.
So here’s how getting more fit eating these 48 Snickers bars will work. In order to eat one I have to do one of the following:
- Bike at least 3 hours
- Run at least 2 hours
- Swim at least 1 hour
I’ve had 3 Snickers bars so far, all from biking. The goal is to have eaten them all by Christmas. Let’s see how that goes…
