Jetlag = Carpe Diem

Woke up before 5 am this morning due to Jetlag. Decided to get the long run out of the way. Done with a 20 mile run before 9 am in the morning is awesome.
I felt pretty strong, legs are light, even tough I just got back from travels.
A long bike ride with an early morning start is on the agenda for tomorrow.
