Went on a great cruise over the weekend. Lots of fun and lots of booze. Not exactly the best for IronMan training but hey, you have to have fun every ones in a while also.
They at least had a gym on board so I got some workouts in. Did about an hour on the trainer followed by a quick run on Saturday and the same on Sunday. The plan was to run more on Sunday but it was extremely windy and therefore extremely choppy waters. Running on the treadmill was a big challenge.
On to some more training this week and preparing for the Oakland 1/2 marathon next weekend.
