By no means have I done many hard workouts lately. It’s difficult while traveling. However I’ve been pretty good at being consistently working out, even while on the road.
Did my first spinning class on Sunday at the YMCA in San Francisco. Followed that up with 1000yd of swimming right after.
Then got a 40 min session on the new trainer done on Monday. More on that later.
Today I did a pretty fast 4 miler before heading to the airport.
There will definitely be no running outdoors in Denver but I’m planning a gym brick workout in the morning.
Keeping a steady pace!
